Kiosk unit reinstatement at wholesale centre at Pasir Panajang
Our client is requested us to dismantle and disposal all the built in fixtures, cabinet installed and signage for the unit.
The extend of work is included to dismantle and disposal of fixtures, fix and loose cabinet and display shelves. Termination of the electrical points, and water meter after completion. Make good the floor on damaged tiles, make good and repaint the columns and ceiling, if any.
No hoarding is allowed as the originally unit is fitted with roller shutter and work can be carried out within the unit. Replace new roller shutter lock for both unit.
Pre-assessment and arrangement of the Insurance and material required to Existing kiosk unit fitted up with drywall partition and and fitted with furniture is required to remove and return with bare.
The power supply and water supply will be terminated after finished of reinstatement and repair work.
Reinstatement requirement may be varies from one to another and subject to take over condition and agreement from your client or landlord.
The cost and price for the reinstatement for such Kiosk reinstatement will be subjected to the size, extend of work required. In additional to reinstatement work, we do provide transportation or mover services if you are required to move out your stuff to your warehouse or to your new unit.
