9 Reno Pte Ltd provides repair, restoration, renovation and reinstatement services in Singapore. Since 2015, we have worked with homeowners and businesses to restore existing fittings, address property defects and prepare premises for their next use. Our main areas of focus are aluminium window and door spray painting, bathtub repair and resurfacing, toilet renovation, and commercial reinstatement. Some projects need a new finish. Others need repairs or more extensive renovation. We assess the condition and explain the proposed work so you can make an informed decision.

Our Core Services
Aluminium Window & Door Spray Painting
We refresh suitable aluminium frames with surface preparation and PU spray repainting. Our standard internal scope covers frame surfaces visible from inside when the window is closed. Intermediate sections and external surfaces are excluded. Protection requirements depend on the renovation stage and existing finishes.
Bathtub Repair & Resurfacing
We assess rust spots, chips, cracks, peeling coatings and worn bathtub finishes. Depending on the condition, the proposed work may include local repairs, reinforcement where appropriate, or full PU resurfacing. Leakage, movement and damaged drain fittings need separate assessment.
Toilet Renovation
We assess toilet and bathroom renovation requirements, including waterproofing, tiling, sanitary fittings, plumbing alterations and making-good work. The proposed scope depends on the existing condition, layout, access and renovation requirements. Hacking, overlay options, concealed defects and any necessary approvals should be discussed before work begins.
Commercial Reinstatement
We undertake agreed dismantling, removal, disposal and making-good work for offices, shops, F&B outlets, warehouses and industrial premises. The scope starts with the landlord’s requirements, existing fit-out, site access and handover deadline.
