Our recent completed Kiosk reinstatement job at Kovan – Heartland Mall.
Our client is requested us to dismantle and disposal all the built in fixtures, cabinet installed on the columns and within the lot.
The work is included to dismantle and disposal of fixtures, fix and loose cabinet and display shelves. Termination of the electrical points, tel points, data points or POS points. Make good the floor on damaged tiles, make good and repaint the columns and ceiling.
As the Kiosk is located within the mall, all the works are only allow to carry out after closure of the mall.
Dust and noise control is required during the dismantling and hacking work or replacement of tiles.
No hoarding is allowed as we are arranged the work within one night and completed the work within one operation day.
Pre-assessment and arrangement of the Insurance and material required to make good to the original like paint colour, tiles etc. are essential and ready prior the start of the work.
All the reinstatement requirement may be varies from one to another, we are welcome all shop or kiosk owner approach us for enquiry and we will provide non-obligation quote.
The cost for the Kiosk reinstatement is subjected to the size, extend of work required, your management reinstatement requirement. We do provide transportation or mover services if you are required to move out your stuff to your warehouse or other unit.
