Mezzanine Platform & Cladding Painting
The recent painting work for the Metal structure Mezzanine Platform with plywood backing.
The existing metal racking system for the mezzanine floor built for office cum warehouse at Kaki Bukit Place Techpark area. The easily construction to create a working platform for storage or working space.
The metal framing is required to be properly apply the itching primer prior the finishing enamel paint. This is same to apply for metal cladding sheet for the wall to ensure properly bonding. the existing rust and peeling off paint is required to be sanded down before painting.
- Type of Paint using :
- Matt Black ( flat colour) for metal framing for the mezzanine structure and railing
- Matt Grey RAL 7506 for the metal cladding and timber flooring backing at Mezzanine.
For construction method of the mezzanine platform for such, there is a requirement by SCDF for the fire requirement compliance and needed to be submitted for approval by QP. There are different fire code requirement for the nature of space using and different fire rating compartment is required and need to be study case to case basic.
