Type of temporary hoarding

• Drywall gypsum Partition : Most commonly use temporary hoarding for screening purposes. It is constructed with a layer of gypsum board partition with metal frame support. The finishing board can be painted or cover with vinyl sticker easily.
• Laminated plywood with wooden frame partition: The laminated finish plywood normally in white and supported with wooden framing. The joints between ply will be tape with white cloth tape.

For renovation or enhancement work for your shop in most shopping mall, full height hoarding partition is required prior the renovation. The temporary construction of the hoarding about 450 mm outside the lease line and painted in the white emulsion paint. The graphic vinyl sticker may require if your renovation work is more than mall requirement.

For reinstatement work, hoarding partition is required to be erected prior any hacking and demolition to be carried out. The up coming tenant will be responsible to remove the hoarding after their renovation.
