As hacking work can be dangerous to the property and required competent person to ensure no unauthorized hacking without consent or supervisor by Competent party.

In some requirement, the Professional Engineer (PE)  for civil or structural works is required to be engaged to inspect and supervise the demolition work. This is to ensure that none of the load bearing, RC structural elements (e.g. columns, beams, slabs and walls) are tempered or damaged in the process.
